A so-called mold flow analysis (digital simulation) is also possible. This involves examining how the plastic is injected into the mould by the injection molding machine and how it behaves afterwards. These analyses can further improve the design.
Once the choice of a mold supplier has been made, the construction of the mold can begin. Our engineering department closely follows this process. You will be kept informed by regular updates via short lines. Our engineers will guide the complete project until the product meets our strict conditions and you give the green light for production.
